If you upgraded to the latest version of chrome you'll soon come across a new feature: the brand new SSL warning page that shows up instead of the old yellow one. This new page gives some advantages to the user as you have to explicitly interact and confirm the loading of the site that uses an incomplete or self certified SSL certificate. If you want to save time and you know what you are doing you can switch this experimental lab off by opening
chrome://flags/

Switch the setting back to "Old/Legacy version" and let Chrome restart itself.
Done.
